Tuesday & Thursday a class dedicated to seniors led by coach Clayton. These semi private sessions are dedicated to the 55+ community and the workout are designed to fit their needs

Crew program at Concept
This will be an intensive summer program, incorporating rowing on the water, as well as land training, (strength and conditioning)
Tuesday - Saturday
Starting June 24th - September 2nd.
Camp will begin at 7 AM with time on the water. Rowing all modalities: sweep & sculling in singles, doubles, or quads.
After a small snack break
We will begin our land training
This will include time on the ergs, as well as strength training, unilateral focused, classic strength, Olympic weightlifting, and injury prevention.
There will be time spent each day, focusing on mobility and recovery as well.
The kids are encouraged to bring their lunch too so they can enjoy time in the yard once training is complete which should be around 11 am each day.
There will be 2 teams of 8
Training together and competing against each other throughout the season.
