Concept Fitness is a premier rowing, strength and conditioning facility. Our coaches will make changes to our daily program to fit your needs. Our classes are like personal training in a group setting.
Learn to row. Take what we learn on the Concept2 rowers to the water. Junior and Masters programs available.
Cant make it to Concept Fitness? no problem. All you need is a rower and a set of dumbbells.
Workout at home virtually with one of our certified coaches. New workouts recorded weekly.
Monday- Wednesday - Friday at 11 am Olympic weightlifting with coach Lizzy Carson.
Snatch, Clean and Jerk, Squat and Deadlift. Learn proper form and get really strong.
Tuesday & Thursday a class dedicated to seniors led by coach Clayton. These semi private sessions are dedicated to the 55+ community and the workout are designed to fit their needs.
This endurance program is released every Sunday on the private Facebook group.
It includes rowing, running, biking, skiing, and swimming. All things endurance and a supportive on line community.
A private on line Facebook group and IG account will help you reach your weight loss goals. From macronutrients, MyFitnessPal settings/friendships, recipes and pro tips this community will get you were you need to be.
